Vitamin C in Food

Here are the foods:

Acerola Cherry: One of the most concentrated sources of natural vitamin C.

Bell Peppers: More vitamin C than oranges and great for vascular health.
Kiwi: Loaded with vitamin C, fiber, and antioxidants.
Berries (Strawberries, Blueberries, Blackberries): A powerhouse of bioflavonoids.
Pineapple: Contains bromelain, which enhances vitamin C absorption.
Dark Leafy Greens (Kale, Spinach, Swiss Chard): Offer vitamin C along with other essential phytonutrients.

Citrus-Berry C Complex Smoothie

If you want to flood your body with real vitamin C, this smoothie is amazing:
Ingredients:
🥭 ½ cup acerola cherry powder (or fresh if available
🍊 1 orange, peeled
🍋 ½ lemon, juiced
🍓 ½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries)
🌿 ½ cup fresh spinach or kale
🥥 1 cup coconut water or spring water
🥄 1 tsp raw honey (optional)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Add all ingredients to a blender.
2️⃣ Blend until smooth.
3️⃣ Pour into a glass and enjoy!
